All this plus continental breakfast and juice, coffee and tea. Staff really friendly and customer focused. Our plane couldn't land in Invercargill so we returned to Auckland and could rebook another flight until two days later. The hotel were so understanding and made a note that we were unable to stay for two nights. Because we booked online we had to go back to Expedia who just call the hotel confirmed that we were not book in yet and within 2 hours we received refund for 2 days. Loved our stay and would highly recommend this hotel. "
